01. The 7-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return your item within 7 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all cellophane sealing completely intact.
02. Hygiene & Authenticity Standards
Due to the strict hygiene and personal care nature of perfumes, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges on fragrances that have been unboxed, sprayed, or tampered with. This policy ensures that every customer receives a 100% brand new, authentic, and pristine product directly from our importers.
03. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the courier costs associated with returning an item. We highly recommend using a reliable, trackable service such as The Courier Guy or Pudo, and ensuring the item is securely bubble-wrapped to prevent transit damage. Luxe Sensations is not liable for return items lost or damaged in transit.
04. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days via your original method of payment (PayFast or EFT). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
